Hello everyone,

Those who know how I started here know I have always been a hard worker as far as art goes. going above and beyond to deliver a great product for lower than most prices. And that is dandy. But I am reaching a point where I am kinda just burnt out with the effort it takes to get a similar yield as other artists or my past retail position. And I have many projects I would like to focus on when not partaking in my veterinary courses.

Some include:

1.-Idris IV worldbuilding in preparation for an artbook/journal.

2.-Arkaeopolis book writing (more on that at a later date)

3.-portfolio clean up/revamps

4.-My Raphinae breeding project

5.-Anthro bird tutorial

This is not to say I won't take comms anymore as I still have important things to pay for such as animal feed, stock birds, and tools.

So, for the time being, I will only be taking commissions boasting a tag of 50$+ for the foreseeable 2 months and on. This is going to be a big thing during this challenging semester.

This means that the only available comms for the next 2+ months will be:

• hour+ creature/worldbuilding consultations $60+

• Character portraits fullbody+background(optional) $60-$80

• Complex background/lighting 96-150-250$

• Custom Egg adopts 87-100$

• Culture Kits (Worldbuilding specific) 200$

• Single image custom design 55-85$

• Refsheets alone 100$-150$ (existing characters)

• Map design (photo-realistic paint job) 50-100$

I am a person who cannot do anything else until a task is completed (hence my quick turnarounds), but this is not conducive to me getting my own projects truly underway.

Usage

• Learn to build living ecosystems for your head world with a specimen that has a diet and biome of your choosing.

• Adopts and Customs can be used for whatever NSFW purposes the commissioner/adopter chooses.

• Changes to the design (gender, small color palette changes, hair style) are completely allowed

• Adopt may be resold(only at price it was bought at-unless more art is offered) and traded!

• You are free to commission artwork of my designs, as well as physical goods for personal use (Art dolls, fursuits, etc).

Payment Applicability & Standards

• I do not sell to empty or anonymous accounts.

• I currently only accept transactions through Paypal.

• I do not sell to minors regardless of parental permission as it is against Paypal T.O.S. Do not use a Paypal account that is not in your own name. I will refund all purchases made by minors and resell the design.

• (If you are unable to use Paypal, you can have someone 18 years or older buy my designs for you; please allow me to have direct contact with said person to confirm their identity!)

• I give two days maximum for a buyer to respond before putting the design back up for sale. Please do not be afraid to tell me that you are no longer interested, it helps me move things along faster and I completely understand!

• On Offer-to-Adopt sales (an informal auction/trade), buyers are responsible for keeping track of other replies. End dates will be determined by interest and buyers will always be given a day or more's notice of when an Offer-to-Adopt sale will conclude. I may or may not list exact times for the sale to end.

• I cannot give refunds for any reason but you are more than welcome to resell my designs.

TOS

• Be a responsible adult

• You are not to make adoptable from the species design (directly or through derivative work).

• You may not merchandize the design (directly or derivative)

• The creature’s design is not to become part of your school assignments or portfolio. (no exceptions).

• I do retain shared right to the original design for purpose of preventing its misuse or in aiding you if it's found that someone is copying our work.

• I retain the right to use the completed design that I created promotionally. I will not use work I haven’t made myself.

• Please credit me for the original design when you upload work related to this design.

• I will not deal with angry, immature, or people who attack me for unrelated issues. I get upset when u get upset.

• I’m making these for folks to world build. Not to give you “adopt fuel”, I want to see ecosystems made, stories written and zoology discovered. Animation, games and books would be wonderful to see come to fruition. Using someone’s art or research in your portfolio or school assignments is frowned upon. This rule protects both you and I. You should be making new pieces and designs for your school and job assignments. These are for PERSONAL projects.

• This rule is put in order so that if someone copies the original design( my version) and tries to make derivative work I can request its removal. Please note I hold no ownership of the work you create.
